ALL ABOUT PSYCHOTHERAPY

My Methods

Psychotherapy is a type of collaborative treatment grounded in dialogue between the clinician and client. The goal is to find positive coping skills to change thoughts and behaviors that may be negatively impacting an individual's present life in an empathetic therapeutic environment.
During my treatment, I use a multitude of evidence based psychotherapeutic interventions and techniques (i.e. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT, Behavioral Interventions, Person Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, Meditation and Mindfulness, etc.) that will promote  psychological wellness and behavioral change in a supportive, non-judgmental and objective environment.
